Resilience was one of the first meaningful words I learned in English and I’ve always been inspired by the power of the concept and its connection to my life.

This is my reflection on resilience and the intertwining of suffering, growing and gaining the wisdom to move on.

Everybody’s story is a different one—the pain, the struggle, the recovery, they are all uniquely yours—but we can all start over, reinvent ourselves, and seize a better life.
